About Your Teacher

I'm Síofra
Founder of Centre + Flow and a Holistic Health + Embodiment Coach.

I help women heal painful periods, mood swings, and erratic energy by reconnecting to their bodies, balancing their hormones, and rebuilding self-trust - through my signature Energy–Body–Psyche framework.

With 9 years of experience in the wellness space, I blend holistic nutrition, somatic movement, advanced EFT, and trauma-informed coaching.  

But more importantly, I’ve lived through Complex Trauma, hormonal chaos and the struggles of being neurodivergent. I dedicated the first part of my life to figuring out how to feel functional, "normal", and breaking free from the inner turbulence that left me feeling totally out of control of my body and my life. I know that when you are dysregulated, everything either feels impossible, or it seems like you're doing everything but getting nowhere.  

After years of trial, error, studying, embodying, learning, unlearning I'm so happy to say I found my way out of chaos and into rhythm, trust and a life I truly love. Now I guide other women back to their own clarity, calm, and vitality.
